Massage studio - Regulations

I. General Provisions

II. Definitions

  1. Site – the Internet service available at studiodewi.pl.
  2. User – a natural or legal person using the Site.
  3. Services – all content, services and products offered through the Site.

III. Scope of services

  1. Unity Point Krakow – Professional Massages: We specialize exclusively in professional massages. We do not offer other services in our studio.
  2. Age Requirements: Anyone receiving massages at Unity Point must be at least 18 years old.
  3. Reservation and Punctuality: To schedule a massage, please call us. In case of delays, please notify our staff. The maximum delay without notification is 15 minutes, after which the client may not be admitted.
  4. Contraindications to Massage: The massage therapist may refuse to perform the service if the client is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, has skin or infectious diseases, or behaves inappropriately.
  5. Payment Policy: Full payment for the massage is required. In case of inadequate behavior, the session may be terminated early.
  6. Privacy Policy: We ask callers from private numbers to provide a contact number.
  7. Absences and Blacklist: A client who fails to show up for an arranged session twice without notice will be blacklisted.
  8. Duration of the Massage Session: the session lasts 50-60 minutes, in addition, we offer the possibility of a shower.
  9. Cancellation and Cancellation of Visits: a client may cancel an appointment no later than one day before the scheduled session. After two cancellations, the client will not be able to re-register for a session.
  10. Penalty for Non-Cancelled Visit: In case of non-cancellation and absence, the client will be required to pay 80% of the value of the non-cancelled session on the next booking.
  11. Prohibition of Recording: It is strictly forbidden to use recording equipment during a massage.
  12. Massages for Women: women during menstruation will not be able to receive a massage – you are welcome after your bleeding period.
  13. Right to Amend Terms and Conditions: The owner has the right to amend these regulations.
  14. Copyright: It is forbidden to copy content and images without the owner’s permission.
  15. Consequences of Violation of the Rules: Failure to comply with the above rules may result in legal consequences.

IV. Conditions for Voucher redemption

  1. Voucher Validity: The voucher is valid for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase. After the expiration of this period, the voucher becomes invalid and cannot be redeemed. Please keep the redemption date to avoid losing the opportunity to use the service.
  2. No refunds: If you make a down payment or full payment for a voucher, there is no refund.
  3. Possibility to exchange the service: It is possible to exchange a massage for another available massage with a value equivalent to the amount of the voucher purchase.
  4. Voucher renewal: Renewal of a voucher is possible only during its validity period (i.e., before its expiration). The amount of the renewal fee is:
    • PLN 100 for extending the validity of the voucher by 1 month,
    • PLN 200 for extending the validity of the voucher by 2 months.
  5. Terms of renewal: Renewal is possible only during the original validity period of the voucher.

V. Protection of personal data

  1. The administrator of Users’ personal data is the owner of studiodewi.pl website, Milena Mysera “DEWI” (Aleja Zygmunta Krasińskiego 24A, 30-101 Kraków, NIP: 7282619983, REGON: 360764218), with a branch office UNITY POINT ul. Metalowców 3/8, Kraków.
  2. Users’ personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (RODO).
